After gaining many accolades while working in Cornwall, Lee has taken on the challenge of improving the already well-known reputation of the Turks Head.
“I am currently working on a new menu, keeping some of the traditional favourites, but introducing some new modern dishes with a quirky twist.
“Eating out has changed and pubs are the way forward. So many pubs are offering restaurant quality food without stuffiness and pretense.
“You can come to the Turks Head and sit at the bar with a pint of real ale and a crab sandwich or a glass of the finest wine and a plate of seafood.
“I want to expand on this concept, look at The Hand In Flowers for example, and make the Turks Head the best food pub in and around Penzance”. read more
