Our chef Lee Groves is to be featured in the upcoming book “A Taste Of The West Country”. The book will feature a collection of original recipes by the  Taste Of The Wests award winning chefs and producers.

Lee’s recipe is roast cornish rabbit with boddingtons berries blackberry conserve and fresh blackberries.

Never panic about trying new flavors: it can only go one of two ways.

The book is set to be released on the 4th of October. The Western Morning News will be serialising extracts from the book.
